Organized and Effective Data management
Not having a centralized, controlled source for policies fosters outdated versions being referenced as well as less control over who is viewing the documents. Within ComplyVision, all access and actions are recorded and available for audit. Policies that are out of date affect the quality of work being done and could also create risk by adhering to an incorrect policy or procedure.
In addition to being a source for easily accessing the desired materials, the solution is proactive in regards to distribution and publishing.
Notices and reminders are sent via emails with a direct link to the standard, policy and related training material for acknowledgment and
understanding. Access to the documents and any training materials allow for individuals to be accountable for knowing and understanding
the material. To further enhance this, acknowledgments also include testing and score recording.
A link to a notice provides all that is required of the user. This removes training as an issue and also allows for reaching outside of an
organization for acknowledgement or approval of policies, whether to vendors or legal representatives.
Training is another important area addressed by the solution. At times additional material is beneficial for assuring an understanding of
